Bundle option

Field Notes Pro Bundle

Get both Field Notes Pro: Crash Narrative and Field Notes Pro: Case Builder.

Crash-specific support plus general case preparation.

Crash Narrative

Crash Narrative supports crash-report narrative drafting and CR-3-focused review.

The workflow runs structured crash facts, then missing-information review, then an officer-reviewed narrative draft, then reviewer feedback, then copy/export planning. Missing-info review prompts for gaps such as location details, vehicle movement, road conditions, injury and property damage details, diagrams, witness statements, and unresolved crash sequence facts.

Case Builder

Case Builder supports broader case organization, evidence tracking, timeline building, and follow-up task management.

The workflow runs notes, then case facts, then people and roles, then the evidence checklist, then the timeline, then follow-up tasks, then report preparation support. People tracking covers involved persons, witnesses, victims, suspects, reporting parties, and officers.

Inside Crash Narrative.

After a draft is generated, Crash Narrative scores it and says what is thin — and labels the score as the AI grading its own work, not an independent check. Case Builder covers the other half of the bundle: people, evidence, timeline and follow-up tasks.

Crash Narrative Quality Score panel scoring a draft 7 out of 10, listing strengths such as a clear sequence of events and included weather and road conditions, and improvements such as more detail on Unit 1 before the collision and missing party statements, labelled as the AI grading its own draft and not a substitute for officer review.

Training data only — fictional crash, fictional names.

What the bundle includes

Bundle purchase gives access to both Crash Narrative and Case Builder. On the product comparison, the bundle is the only option that answers yes to every row.

Crash narrative drafting support
Turns structured, officer-provided crash facts into draft narrative language the officer can review, edit, and approve before official use.
CR-3-focused training and review
Organizes crash-report narrative details around CR-3-style training and review needs while agency policy and official reporting systems remain primary.
Case facts, people, and evidence
Organize the core facts of a case, track the people and roles involved, and check off photos, video, statements, diagrams, documents, and body camera references.
Timeline builder and follow-up tasks
Put events in chronological order and track pending interviews, missing documents, evidence uploads, report corrections, and supervisor requests.
Reviewer workflow
Supports supervisor, FTO, trainer, or reviewer feedback on missing facts, unclear sequence language, and officer-edited narrative drafts.
Officer-controlled review in both apps
The officer stays responsible for verifying facts, editing language, and approving anything before official use. Neither app submits official reports by itself.

How the two apps split the work.

Case Builder organizes the case before the report is written: notes, case facts, people and roles, evidence, timeline, follow-up tasks. Crash Narrative takes the crash-report narrative itself, built around the same five-part structure as the free CR-3 checklist: scene, units, sequence, impact, opinion. Work a crash and you use both; work anything else and Case Builder carries it.

Buying both individual apps is $48/month, so the $39/month bundle saves $9/month. Each product can still be bought on its own — the bundle is there for people who want both, not a requirement.

Get both apps for $39/month.

One purchase, both Field Notes Pro apps, per individual user. Optional annual plan: $390/year. Checkout runs through Stripe and your account and app access are set up in the same step. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Bundle safety posture. The bundle does not change officer responsibility. Each product supports organization, draft support, training, and review workflows; policy and official reporting systems remain primary. Fictional training data only. Field Notes Pro is not a CJIS system and is not a system of record. Real case information — names, PII, report or citation numbers, CAD/RMS/BWC references, or evidence from actual investigations — must never be entered.
